Gabay Terms of Service

By accessing or using Gabay, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must comply with applicable law and use the service only for legitimate personal or professional productivity purposes.

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement to use Gabay. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it current.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the security of credentials and access devices.

You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and limiting access to authorized users of your account.

• Do not share credentials in ways that expose unauthorized access risk.
• Use reasonable security practices, including strong authentication controls.
• Notify us promptly at hi@aigabay.xyz if you suspect account compromise.

You may not use Gabay to abuse, disrupt, or compromise systems, users, or data. This includes malware distribution, harassment, fraud, and unauthorized access attempts.

• No unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing activity.
• No reverse engineering, scraping at abusive volumes, or service interference.
• No attempts to bypass security, permission boundaries, or usage controls.
• No upload or distribution of content that violates law or third-party rights.

You retain ownership of content you submit to Gabay. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content and use of Gabay comply with law and do not infringe third-party rights.

Gabay may provide AI-generated suggestions and content. AI output can be probabilistic, incomplete, or inaccurate.

• You are responsible for reviewing AI output before using it in workflows or decisions.
• You remain responsible for actions taken based on generated content.
• Do not submit data you are not permitted to process through AI-assisted features.

Features, integrations, and pricing may change over time. We may modify, pause, or discontinue parts of the service as needed.

We work to keep Gabay reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Gabay may integrate with third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by the third-party terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for third-party products, content, or service availability.

Gabay, including software, branding, and documentation, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, no rights are granted to copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials.

Feedback you provide may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.

We may suspend or terminate access if required to protect security, comply with law, or address violations of these terms.

You may stop using Gabay at any time. Certain sections of these terms survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute terms.

Gabay is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent allowed by law, Gabay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Gabay harmless from claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

These terms are governed by applicable law in the relevant operating jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection law.

Disputes should first be raised with support to seek an informal resolution before formal proceedings.

We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the product or related channels as appropriate.

Continued use of Gabay after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, unless law requires additional consent.
